Our “Manage your booking” page allows you to amend your booking online.
By simply entering your reservation number and e-mail address, you will be able to make any changes you desire to your booking. Changes to your reservations are now faster and easier. Our team will respond to your request as soon as we receive it.
You will usually receive a confirmation voucher immediately following a successful payment transaction. However, in some cases, the confirmation voucher may take up to 48 hours to be emailed to you if the car is available upon request or is on the waitlist. If you haven’t received any confirmation emails from us after 48 hours of making your booking, you must call us immediately at 00212614656565 or use this form to contact us.
You will be required to pay a small percentage of the total payment amount on our website at the time of booking your car with Sovoy.co.ma, but the remainder will be required at the rental counter when you arrive to collect your vehicle.
The renter’s age must be 22 years or older at the time of the rental. A young driver fee is likely to apply if you are between 19 and 21 years.
The Sovoycars vehicles are only permitted to be driving on paved roads. It is not allowed to drive the cars off-road.
Yes. You must have your full driving license, confirmation voucher, and a valid credit card with you when you collect your car.
If you do not have your original documents with you, We will not release the vehicle to you, and although we will endeavor to help in such circumstances, we cannot resolve the issue for you.
During the third step of the booking process, you will have the option to add the extra item. A charge for any extras is payable directly at the Sovoycars counter.
All accessories are provided upon request and subject to availability. Sovoycars cannot guarantee their availability.
There will be no hidden fees at all! The third step of the booking process and the Terms and Conditions detail all mandatory surcharges and fees.
For some rentals, there may be additional charges if:
- Surcharge for pickup outside of office hours (for vehicles dropped off outside of office hours).
- “One-way” fee (for vehicles returned at a different location).
- Fuel service charge (if fuel is purchased in advance).
- Young driver fee.
- Deposit amount (Be sure that you have a credit card with a sufficient amount to cover the deposit amount, which is normally equal to or greater than the excess amount).
We recommend that our clients carefully review the Terms and Conditions before renting to avoid any surprises. In addition, customer service representatives are available by phone, email, or live chat to assist you with any questions you may have.
Indeed, our platform allows you to extend the rental period of any car at any time. First, contact Sovoycars, who will ensure that the vehicle is available. Then, a representative will contact you to arrange a rental extension and payment upon contact.
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old, and the driver’s license must be valid at the time of rental. It must remain valid during the duration of the rental period. Your passport and ID card is required for the rental process.
It is not acceptable for anyone other than the driver who rented the vehicle from Sovoycars to drive it. However, an additional driver may be added by submitting the required documents and paying the additional driver fee if needed.
A valid credit card in the main driver’s name will be required. This credit card will be used for the security deposit at Sovoycars.
Sovoycars offers additional insurance, with which you can reduce the excess amount (liability). We will be happy to assist you in purchasing additional insurance during the booking process. If you choose to purchase additional insurance, you will therefore be protected from any risks.

Sovoycars offer this service for an additional fee. When booking a car, make sure to write the specific time of your arrival in the provided space in the form. The additional charge will be displayed in step 3 of the booking process as “Out of Hours Charge” as well as on your voucher.
If your flight has been delayed, which causes the vehicle collection to be out of office hours, you will also be charged for out-of-hours service. If you have a confirmed booking for vehicle collection outside office hours, the agent will be waiting for you. If you are returning your car out of office hours, you need to consult the procedure with the agent at the time of pickup.

As long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the pickup time and date you have reserved, Sovoycars will refund the total amount for your reservation.
Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice will be assessed a fee of 800 MAD. No refunds will be made if cancellations are made after the time and date reserved for pickup.
