When you arrive at the counter, you will have to provide the following documents: a confirmation of your reservation, your driving license, your ID and your passport and a credit card with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the rental and the deposit.
You can call us immediately in the event that you have a mechanical problem or accident. We offer 24-hour emergency breakdown assistance. For more information, please refer to the telephone number provided with your rental agreement.

If you decide to drop off the vehicle at a different location than initially agreed upon, a fee may apply. To obtain additional information, don’t hesitate to contact Sovoycars Reservation Office.
We have offices at Casablanca International Airport Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Fez, and other cities and airports. If you cannot locate them, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. For hotel deliveries, we will meet you at the reception desk. A more detailed description of your car delivery can be found in your voucher.
It is not possible without a credit card, unfortunately.
Before picking up the car, Sovoycars will put a deposit on the main driver’s credit card. Without a credit card, we cannot take the deposit, and therefore cannot provide the keys.
You will find the information you need regarding this in the terms and conditions. (Debit Card, Diners Club & American Express are not accepted for the deposit).
